When Christmas comes around, we push the tables together in the old butcher buildings in Kødbyen – Copenhagen's Meatpacking District in Vesterbro. Our julefrokost, the Danish Christmas lunch, is the way it should be: classic dishes, rustic plates and plenty of flavour. No frills, no fuss – just good food, something proper in the glass and Kødbyen's nightlife right outside the door.
