At restaurant Fleisch we have made plenty of room for quality meats on the menu. And for creativity in the kitchen.

We love testing new cooking methods and challenging classic dishes. One thing is true for the whole menu, though:

The food is simple, the servings are rustic, and we take pride in only plating, what we think tastes phenomenal.

We have dedicated our lunch to Kødbyen's proud open sandwich traditions. Here delicacies and cold cuts come to their right in a fleshy mouthful. Without any frills. But with lots of flavor.
